Each School May bring a School Team of up to 4 people
British Columbia’s curriculum is being redesigned to respond to the demanding world our students are entering. Transformation in curriculum will help teachers create learning environments that are both engaging and personalized for students. At the heart of British Columbia’s redesigned curriculum are core competencies, essential learning and literacy and numeracy foundations.
Please bring a school team (maximum of 4 per school) of 1 school administrator and 3 parents to participate in an interactive presentation on the new curriculum for Kindergarten to Grade 9 and proposed curriculum for the Graduation Years. (Grades 10-12)
- Templeton – Eastside Schools
- Magee – Westside Schools
To register, please e-mail Jessie (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your school name, names of all members of the school team attending, and which night your school will attend before May 10th, 2016.
During the session there will be online opportunities for participants to review and learn more about the curriculum. It would be appreciated if each school could bring enough laptops or iPads for their team members. A limited number of additional iPads will be available on-site.
