Welder Winners!
The VSB has not had competitors in the Skills BC Welding Competition before, at least not in recent years. I traveled with our competitors to Squamish yesterday for the Regional competition.
Career Programs would like to congratulate:
Gold – Eric Mancenido – PW
Silver – Joe Laird – Killarney
Bronze – Derek Lim – Churchill
Eric will now move on to the Provincial competition in Abbotsford on April 5th. We are hoping there will be space at Provincials for one or both of the other competitors as the judge felt it was a very close competition.
