PAC will accept requests for funding from the PW School Finance Committee twice a year at, or as close as possible to, the October and January general meetings.

 with

PAC will accept requests for funding from the PW School Finance Committee once a year  by  October 15th.

Rationale:  Having one round of requests in October will motive staff members to plan early and will facilitate the timely disbursement of allocated funds.
